Suiroll
Keep the approved payroll connected to the payment.
A controlled stablecoin payroll workflow connecting preparation, review, approval and settlement evidence.
Hackathon prototype · Sui testnet

01The context
The problem
worth solving.
Moving payroll from a spreadsheet into a wallet creates room for changed amounts, duplicate invoices and mismatched recipients. The project explores how to preserve the approved plan through authorization and reconciliation.
Who it’s for
Finance and operations teams preparing stablecoin contractor payments.
The solution
Suiroll connects source import, explicit validation, an immutable payment plan, human approval and wallet authorization. Its reconciliation workflow compares settlement evidence with the reviewed plan. Private payroll information is designed to remain off-chain.
02What we built
The details that
make it useful.
- Review the original source
- CSV, XLSX and manual input workflows preserve original values for review.
- Check before approval
- Exact amount calculations, duplicate exclusions and visible policy findings support a reviewable payment plan.
- Separate approval from authorization
- The workflow binds approval to an immutable plan and requires the treasury wallet to authorize execution.
- Reconcile with the plan
- The implementation describes matching registry events and balance changes to the approved transaction, with replay protection.
03How it works
A clear path
through the system.
Prepare
Import payroll and review source values, wallets and invoices.
Validate
Calculate exact amounts and resolve duplicates or policy findings.
Approve & authorize
Review the complete plan, then request human wallet authorization.
Reconcile
Compare the recorded settlement evidence with the approved plan.
04A closer look
Inside Suiroll.

Review before funds move
Testnet demonstration interface showing a payment plan, duplicate finding and approval readiness.

Keep authorization with a person
The supplied testnet recording shows the approval summary beside a wallet authorization request.

Close the loop with evidence
The supplied recording shows a “Paid & reconciled” testnet ledger. Transfers were verified on Sui testnet.
05Design & engineering
Thoughtful choices.
Practical value.
Financial values stay under explicit control
The source documentation describes bigint calculations and operator-reviewed inputs. AI helps interpret the source, while deterministic code controls financial values.
A plan that survives the handoff
Source preservation, plan commitments and exact transaction approval connect preparation with wallet authorization.
Evidence is part of the experience
The interface presents findings before payment and reconciliation information afterward. It demonstrates the value of designing review and exception handling into a sensitive workflow.
06Where it stands
What this work demonstrates.
A Muba Hackathon prototype with transfers verified on Sui testnet. The demonstrated workflow connects payroll preparation, validation, human approval, wallet authorization and reconciliation.
Verification is limited to Sui testnet. Mainnet deployment, real customer adoption and commercial results are not claimed.
